Terms & Conditions

Cancellation before Nov 30, 2026 with 5% handling fee. No refund after deadline. Name badges are non-transferable. Replacement fee: Rp 250,000.

Important: If no payment has been received within the specified grace period of 24 hours, your registration will be automatically cancelled.

Individual Registration

  1. Access the online registration page at https://sos2026.meirs.id/register
  2. Click Registration menu
  3. Select Registration Category accordingly (Oncologist, GP, Resident, etc.)
  4. Complete your personal data accurately
  5. Select additional workshops or symposia if desired
  6. Click Finish Registration
  7. Make online payment through available payment methods
  8. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and e-certificate

Group / Sponsor Registration

To register for multiple participants by group, vendor, or sponsor:

  1. Contact the Committee for group login access by sending request to sos.support@meirs.id
  2. The Committee will create a group account and provide login credentials
  3. The Committee will produce a voucher code along with a guarantee letter of payment
  4. Login to your sponsor dashboard at https://sos2026.meirs.id/login
  5. After successful login, the Sponsor Dashboard will appear
  6. Click on Add Participant to start registering participants
  7. Fill in participant data completely and accurately
  8. Click Finish Registration
  9. Complete payment as per group payment procedure
Note: Group registration requires prior approval from the Committee. Please contact us at least 7 days before the event.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
  • This registration is exclusively for healthcare professionals.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Any changes to registration details after confirmation will be subject to administrative review.
ONSITE LOSS OF NAME BADGES
  • Name badges are to be worn at all times during the summit and social events.
  • Please note that badges are non-transferable.
  • Replacement for the loss of name badges onsite is charged at Rp 250.000 per badge.
TIME ZONE
  • All timings indicated in the summit program are in Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7).
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
  • Certificates will be available for download through your pelataran sehat dashboard after the event.
  • CME/CPD credits may be available (subject to approval by relevant medical boards).
