Welcome to the Siloam Oncology Summit 2026. By registering for and attending this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Event Registration
1.1 Eligibility
Registration is open to healthcare professionals, medical practitioners, researchers, and other individuals with a legitimate interest in oncology and related medical fields.
1.2 Registration Process
- All registrations must be completed through our official website
- Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Each registration is valid for one person only and is non-transferable
1.3 Registration Categories
- Specialist: For medical specialists and consultants
- General Practitioner: For general practitioners
- Resident: For medical residents in training
- Student: For medical students
- Overseas Participant: For international attendees
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Virtual Account (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata, and other banks)
- E-Wallet (OVO, DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay)
- QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard)
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB)
2.2 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Xendit payment gateway
- Payment must be completed within 24 hours of registration
- Unpaid registrations will be automatically cancelled after the payment deadline
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification
2.3 Currency
- Indonesian participants: Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
- International participants: Prices are in US Dollars (USD), converted to IDR at the time of payment using live exchange rates
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds.
4. Event Participation
4.1 Attendance
- Participants must check in at the registration desk upon arrival
- Name badges must be worn at all times during the event
- Access to sessions and workshops is subject to capacity limits
4.2 Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and staff
- Comply with venue rules and regulations
- Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Respect intellectual property rights of speakers and presenters
4.3 Recording and Photography
- Official event photography and videography will be conducted
- By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded
- Personal recording of sessions may be restricted - please follow announcements
- Unauthorized commercial use of event content is prohibited
6. Liability and Disclaimer
6.1 Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to:
- Modify the event program, schedule, speakers, or venue
- Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
- Substitute speakers or change session topics if necessary
6.2 Limitation of Liability
- The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property
- Participants attend at their own risk
- We recommend participants obtain appropriate travel and health insurance
6.3 Medical Information
- Content presented at the symposium is for educational purposes only
- Information should not replace professional medical advice
- Participants should verify information independently before clinical application
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Event Materials
- All event materials, presentations, and content are protected by copyright
- Materials are provided for personal educational use only
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires written permission
8.2 Trademarks
Siloam Hospitals and related logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Sponsorship and Exhibition
- Sponsor and exhibitor participation is subject to separate agreements
- The organizers do not endorse products or services displayed by sponsors
- Participants should evaluate sponsor information independently

11. Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in the event after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
